Service Description
A ojo provides a quote-enablement widget and lead capture platform for service providers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refund requests within the first 30 days of a paid subscription will be honored. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Limitation of Liability
A ojo is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A ojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bilbao, Basque Country.
