Getting Started

What is A ojo?
A ojo is a quote-enablement platform for freelancers and small businesses. You create a custom widget that sits on your website, asks visitors a few questions, and gives them an instant eyeball estimate — while capturing their contact details as a qualified lead.
How long does setup take?
Most providers set up their initial quote flow and embed the widget on their site in under 15 minutes. Our AI-assisted onboarding wizard guides you through describing your services, setting pricing rules, and styling the widget to match your brand.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. You describe what you do in plain language, our AI generates the quote flow, and you get a simple one-line code snippet to paste into your website. If you can copy and paste, you can use A ojo.
Does it work on my website?
Yes. A ojo provides a lightweight iframe snippet that works on WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Wix, custom-built sites, and anywhere else HTML is accepted. We also have a dedicated WordPress plugin for even easier setup. No website yet? You can share the standalone widget link instead.
Is there a free trial?
You can sign up and start building your widget immediately — no credit card required. When you are ready to publish and start capturing leads, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

Widget & Customization

Can I customize how the widget looks?
Absolutely. You can upload your logo, set your brand colors, choose between light and dark themes, adjust border radius, and select from a curated list of fonts (or paste a Google Fonts URL). The widget will match your brand identity.
Can I create my own questions?
Yes. You have full control over every question and field type: short text, long text, number, single select, multi select, slider, date picker, checkboxes, and informational screens. You can also add conditional branching based on previous answers.
How does the pricing logic work?
You set base prices for each service, then add modifiers — fixed amounts (e.g., +€500), percentages (e.g., +20%), or multipliers (e.g., ×2). You can attach modifiers to specific answer choices, so the estimate updates in real time as the visitor responds.
What languages does the widget support?
The widget supports Spanish (Castellano), Basque, Catalan, and English out of the box. You can translate all your quote flow content into any of these languages, and visitors can switch between them.
Can I embed multiple widgets on different pages?
The Starter plan includes one active widget. You can create different quote flows for different services and switch between them. The Pro plan (coming soon) will support up to three active widgets.

Leads & Notifications

How do I receive leads?
When a visitor completes your widget flow, their information and estimate appear instantly in your dashboard. Each lead includes all their answers, the estimated price range, and contact details. Email and WhatsApp notifications are available depending on your plan.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. You can export your leads and all associated data at any time from the Data & Privacy section of your dashboard settings.
What happens when I reach my monthly lead limit?
Your widget stays active and visitors can still complete the flow. You will see a notification in your dashboard and can upgrade at any time to continue receiving leads without interruption.
Can the widget block spam submissions?
Yes. The widget includes built-in anti-spam measures including reCAPTCHA integration and rate limiting on lead submissions.

Pricing & Billing

How much does A ojo cost?
The Starter plan costs €9.90/month (€7.92/month billed annually — save 20%). The Pro plan (coming soon) will cost €29.90/month with advanced features like WhatsApp notifications, custom branding, and priority support. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated charges or credits will apply automatically through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment methods depending on your country.

Privacy & Security

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use PostgreSQL with row-level security to ensure complete tenant isolation in our multi-tenant architecture.
Is A ojo GDPR compliant?
Yes. We collect consent through the widget, provide data export and deletion workflows in the dashboard, maintain audit logs, and follow data minimization principles.
Can I restrict where my widget is embedded?
Yes. You can configure an allowed domains list so your widget only loads on websites you approve. By default, it is open to any domain.
